How it works

  1. We gather

    Google Drive, Dropbox, SharePoint, your website, shared inboxes, scanned PDFs, the deck somebody saved to their desktop. You point at it and we bring it in.

  2. We sort and flag

    Duplicates, contradictions, expired terms, three versions of the same policy. We show you what disagrees instead of quietly picking one.

  3. You decide

    You say which version is right and who owns it. That part stays with you, and it runs about five minutes a week once things are moving.

  4. Your people ask

    Support, operations, sales, the front desk, a member on the phone. Everyone gets the same approved answer, the source behind it, and the date you last confirmed it.

We’re building the knowledge layer, not the lock. Your documents, your approved answers, your rules, exportable in full any day in a format you can actually use. Leaving is a button, not a negotiation.

It says “I don’t know”

When there’s no approved answer, it says so and points at the person who owns the question. A confident wrong answer costs you more than no answer at all.

Five minutes a week

Once you’re set up, the only ongoing job is confirming what changed. No data project, no new hire, no dashboard nobody opens.
